Delta Care and Operations, LLC. Companion Sitter Services assists clients in their homes. The program provides and/or assists individuals with:

A. Preparation of nutritious meals in accordance with the client need and care plan.

B. Stand-by assistance with bathing, grooming and general hygiene

C. Medication Reminders

D. Stand-by assistance with walking and exercise

E. Observing any changes in clients conditions

F. Companionship, visiting and reading with client

G. Picking up prescription drugs

H. Accompanying client on medical appointments

I. Cleaning the house, changing beds, dusting, mopping, disposal of trash

J. Washing and ironing of clothes K. Grocery shopping

ALL PERSONAL CARE SERVICES WILL BE PREFORMED BY PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANTS OR  CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS UNDER A QUALIFIED SUPERVISOR AND NOTES OF CARE WILL BE DOCUMENTED IN THE CLIENT FILE.
